Silverwood Insider Login Help

Please read the following bullet items carefully:

1. You must be a current Silverwood employee to use this Website.
2. The Password used to log into the Silverwood Insider Website is one that you create for yourself. Your "user id" is your Silverwood employee number.
3. You must know your Silverwood Employee Number and Social Security Number to initially create your Insider login (and Password).
4. Your password much be at least 3 characters long, and can include any alpha-numeric character or the period character. This is because your Insider login may, depending upon your job assignment, also used to log into a POS (Point-of-Sale) system terminal. The POS terminals generally have simplified keyboards with no special characters except the period. Make your password hard for someone to guess — don't make it your name, or your pet's name, or anything about you someone could easily guess.
5. Once you're logged in, whatever privileges you have under the internal Silverwood security system will be in effect, though of course you can't run the desktop applications like POS, etc. in a Web page. This may mean that you get to see menu and link options that other users without your same privilege levels won't get to see. Or vice-versa.
6. If you do not provide a current Email address and/or phone number capable of receiving a TXT message, you won't be able to recover a forgotten password, and will miss occasional important email messages and/or TXT messages from the HR Department. You will have to contact the IT Department or email the Webmaster in that case.
7. You may log into the Silverwood Insider Website from most (but not all) countries on planet Earth with an Internet connection, provided you have a current Silverwood Insider account. The connection is via HTTPS, so it is always secure and encrypted.
